" page 6 para 19 reads:.
19 when we are being represented in public prayer, we need to display reverential "fear of god.
When I used to see married couples holding hands during the prayer, or the husband with his arm around his wife's shoulders, I actually thought it was very beautiful and touching, a true demonstration of the affection and respect they had for each other. I know others thought the same. To me, it would seem that gestures like this would unite, instead of divide.

i have a couple of female friends who steadily date their "boyfriends".
i was invited to a party by one of these women.
it was sunday night, labor day weekend and i had nothing to do.
Whatever is the premise between consenting adults, who are we to judge it? Some want to dip their wick, and some want to whip their dick. Some girls have one-nighters, and some men are one-flighters. The point is: it's up to YOU to decide what you want, and what you will put up with, and blaming your shame on others is not the clue.
i got called in to work today to cover the paint department.
i only got a little bit of paint on my face and hands and clothes, so i think i did good.
interestingly, there was a nice older latino couple who came in to buy 5 gallons of stain.
That's wonderful! My husband, who speaks no Greek, took Greek language lessons right before we went over there to see my relatives. They were TICKLED TO DEATH that he had taken the time to learn the most basic of their language. They absolutely loved him. I, of course, spoke in the most basic of the language and with slang, and so was booted to the side, and told that he would inherit everything they owned. Nice.. So now he gets *all the goats and sheep* and I just get a measly chicken or two...

every now and then i come across comical references to smurfs in posts on this site, i have been in the org all my life and never heard of any demonisation of father abraham's little blue imaginary friends, even when they they hit the uk top ten singles chart.

If you have a family member hijacked on a ship by pirates, you'd be just be happy negotating with the pirates? These Americans spent several days negotiating and it wasn't getting anywhere. When it appeared that they were going to execute a "CAPTAIN" who gave himself for his crew, then the command was issued to shoot on sight.
We, as Americans, are not in this life to negotiate with hijackers. I don't give a damn what you English or Europeans think, we are NOT going to be victims of extortion.
